What is the difference between Brickwebb and individual thin bricks?
Brickwebb features genuine thin bricks pre-mounted on fiberglass mesh sheets for faster, easier installation with perfect spacing. Individual thin bricks are loose pieces that allow for custom patterns or unique layouts but require manual spacing during application.
Can your brick products be used for both interior and exterior projects?
Yes, all Old Mill thin brick products are made from real kiln-fired clay and are designed to withstand both indoor environments and harsh outdoor weather conditions, including freeze-thaw cycles.
How do I calculate how much brick I need for my project?
To determine the quantity needed, calculate the total square footage of your wall area (length x height) and subtract any large openings like windows or doors. We recommend adding 10% extra for cuts and waste.
What is your return policy for overstocked items?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of product within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the quality of our inventory.
Do you offer shipping across the entire United States?
Yes, we ship our products nationwide. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via LTL freight or standard ground shipping depending on the size and weight of the order.
Are samples available before I place a full order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering a sample board or individual sample pieces to see the true color and texture of our brick in your specific lighting before committing to a full project.
