Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific quantities of brick or thin-brick products you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated warehouse address for your shipment.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items on their original pallets or in secure boxes to ensure no breakage occurs during transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned materials for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
